Many machines in need of repair. Ashtrays in smoking section are full. Machines aren't so clean, definitely not up to covid... standard protocol. None the less, bathrooms were clean. Security and employees I've had encounters with were very friendly andhelpful. Parking is never a problem. There's a great view from roof top of the sunrise!! Read more

A decent place to go when we are looking to go donate our money. They have a nice selection of games and do have smoking... sections which for us is a plus. But your money does not last long. Finding drinks is next to Impossible and the food selectionsin the later part of the night are pretty slim. They could sure use a few more ticket exchanging machines throughout the casinoand it would be nice if they would bring back the buffet. All in all it's a nice night out and we know what to expect when we gothere. Read more

This evening was busier than I expected. There is a large area that is under construction near the ground floor parking garage... entrance. There also were many machines throughout that were out of order... seems like part of a bigger project. We were ableto grab food...I got a burger again. I would say it was better than I've had before at the Cafe. The pizza place wasn't openand the burger place closed at 9. Their limited midweek food is still an issue for me. As a stand alone destination with noreal food service around, you need to offer something. They've really hit a very basic level. Visited the concert venue for the first time. Initial experience prior to getting there with questions, responses and first... person encountered when arriving weren't so great. Everything was great from that point on. Outstanding venue. Staff werefriendly and accommodating. Great food and drink options, and the concert itself was fantastic! Went there for a concert that was to start at 6pm, but stopped at Sheetz to meet a friend, so checked Facebook while waiting,... and found out that at 530pm they decided to cancel/postpone the event. ???????? 1st of all I feel this was poorly advertised orpromoted, as I did not hear or see on billboard, tv or radio locally (within 20 miles) anything about this show! Only onFacebook did the algorithm show an ad, probably because I was buying tickets for another show of same decades ???? ???? I feelHollywood casino, iheart and ticketmaster all failed these bands and their fans with lack of promotion followed by lack ofcommunication and notice of the cancelation. Now for the reschedule or the refund process ???? ?????!. Inside the casino wassmoky with cigar and cigarettes, the buffet and free soda fountain are gone, not many American themed machines ????not manytables or games open. ok I'm rambling, sorry. I like the casino and location. Have a great restaurant and games. I had a lot of fun.

Fun place to go has smoking sections and so it’s pretty smoky inside. Hard to find a free drink. Like water or soda. The... beer lady was super hard to find and when we finally did she was out of wine. I don’t drink but it was a challenge to get afree beer for my brother-in-law. Fun and safe! We will be back!
