Great Subway, always good food and good service. I drive here instead of going to the trainwreck of a Subway in Crockett.
Absolutely the most friendliest people in town! Great service! They take their time to make sure they get your sandwich (s)... right and they place is always clean! My only suggestion is that they keep more cookies out! They never have any chocolate chipones and they are my favorite! Read more
Girl that waited on me was not pleasant in any way. Despite the obnoxious green and blue hair, there was a nose ring. ( sure not... against nose rings, unless you are serving my food). Seemed she was not happy about something, but I got my order,paid out andlooked around for napkins, there were none, so I asked if I could get a couple. She told me they were in the bag. I gave it a one because I couldn't give them a zero. Some of the people there are rude especially a large woman. The food is not... fresh and smells disgusting! I make better food without even trying. Read more
This is our home base Subway. We get take out 30-40 times a year from this location. Consistently good. Clean. Friendly and... courteous staff. Easy access. Dollar store across the parking lot. A convenient stop with well-maintained restrooms. Read more
Ya know, no one I know really has anything good to say about this place, but I still go there because, let's face it, this is... Grapeland, where else am I gonna get a sammich! And it's always been "okay"! But every trip there has been SOMETHING wrong!First time, the clerk asked me if I was pregnant! Granted, I was wearing a dress that probably made me look pregnant! Butstill... Anyway, whatever! Second time, out of avocado! Third time, didn't know the difference between heated and toasted, soinstead of a heated bun, I got... A toasted one! Annoying but... Whatever! 4th time I came in, no onion... ( My favorite part ofthe sandwich, I usually ask for a few extra!) But... It was late so... Whatever! This last time, well, it was just last Monday,August 20th, my kids first day at Pre-K, he wanted a tuna sandwich from subway! So, we we're going to celebrate with quick foodfrom the only fast food place in Grapeland! Was ready to get 4 adult footlong sandwiches and one kid sandwich! Nope! I asked fora kids tuna sandwich, they denied me! I asked if they could just charge me extra! They mumbled enough for me to hear them saythat they wouldn't know how to charge for that! I asked them if they could just charge for extra meat!? Again, denied! I alsoasked if they were serious! And they answered with a semi apologetic yeah! You guys lost my business to this store that day!It's the only store I've ever been to where my kid can't get a tuna sandwich that's not a 6 in sub! The highschool studentsthat we're working obviously had no passion for this business! I remember when Subway prided themselves on making sandwichartists, as I, myself am one, having worked at Jason's Deli for a good 5 years! The way I see it, if they can't even cater to mythree year old, what makes ya think they could cater to me! It's worth the to drive to Crockett to get some Davy Crockett Bar &Grill! This is the best experience one can ask for. I usually go a night after work and the staff is amazing! Doyle makes coming to... subway not just dinner but a place to feel HOME. He treats everyone the same and that is with a bubbly up beat personality thatcan turn a rough day of work around quickly! I always feel welcome and like family!!
