The food was amazing and the service was far superior than any other restaurant that I have ever visited. Chef Hector Espinoza... prepared incredible mediterranean dishes with a Texas southern flare that included prime rib and sea bass, This is a restaurantthat should not be overlooked especially if you are celebrating a special occasion because the food is served family style whichis perfect for family groups. Very creative cocktail list. I had the eggplant parmigiana which had modern flavors. I also had a side of grits which has a... great smoked Gouda flavor. Read more

I came for brunch, with a friend last week. I was so impressed, I decided to come back for dinner with another friend. We split... the Chileam Sea Bass. It was delicious, perfectly cooked, moist, and flaky. I finished the evening with a chocolate martini. It was decadent. Can't wait to return! Read more

Came to Bacchus on a date night with the wife. We love the décor of the restaurant and the robust wine selection. The menu is... on the shorter side, which is always a great sign that the quality of food is usually better. We had outstanding service fromJack and would come back. We tried several different wines and fell in love with the Arista Chardonnay and the Bravium Rose fromall of our selections. The Bomba was crispy and unique, although slightly under seasoned. We also tried the Pasta Special andthe Ricotta Ravioli, both were unique and outstanding. Read more

We had date night dinner reservations here on Saturday night January 8, 2022. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservation. We... are always astonished by how seemingly complex and difficult it seems for the hostess to decode their iPad and determine whereto seat a party of two who has had a reservation for a week, but once we got past that we were seated at a nice table. First, this place is in a hotel moderately upscale - multiple dining options throughout the hotel, this one being the nicest. For themenu prices, we thought it would have been a bit nicer if they created a bit more of a dining room/cozy feel, possibly closingthe curtains that are open to all hotel guests walking by- whether they have yelling children or if they are dragging a redigloo cooler. There is a nice bar located centrally in the restaurant but an unfortunate placement of a light fixture impedesviewing of the televisions hanging around the bar, we thought that was odd. Still however, we had a great server named Hunter. He was prompt and courteous and all too ready to answer every question about the menu. My husband had the halibut and said itwas great and cooked very evenly throughout. The bar ran out of Woodford reserve and he was subbed another bourbon withoutupcharge. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan and I have to say it was the most delicious I have ever had and I would return to thisrestaurant just to order this again. This is a 8 on the 1-10 scale. Yes recommend. Please find a way to create an intimatedining experience in this restaurant and it will be a literal home run Read more

Really great atmosphere, location great, there is a parking lot next door that is free for 90 minutes or so and $1 after that.... Ordered the whole fish, Bacchus bread, mushrooms and the chicken. I will do the fish and chicken again. The starter - Bacchusbread was not it and the mushrooms so so. Overall great atmosphere, staff and meal ???? Read more

Was traveling, decided to stop here because google recommended it as a similar place to my favorites back in my hometown. The... atmosphere is over the top, but in a good way. Fine dining, definitely. Everyone was dressed up wearing dresses and casual suitscoats. The service was great, food came out on time. I ordered the 8oz steak and mashed potatoes, it was delicious. Butterrunning down the steak to make your mouth salivate. The mashed potatoes were so soft, the texture wasn?t like anything that I?vehad before. Read more

Lively and delectable! The Bacchus restaurant is in the lobby of Hotel Vin, it is a gorgeous hotel and restaurant area with a... center bar, lounge seating throughout, a large patio with string lights and live music. Super fun for a group or a nice romanticdinner, the ambiance is very lively and the food was amazing. We had the mussels and Carpaccio appetizers, the ravioli andchicken for dinner and the chocolate bomb for dessert, fantastic! Will definitely return for the brunch, highly recommend. Read more
