Bathroom stinks beyond all high heaven and the women just deal with it. I don't see me or my significant other coming back here... because the food service is slow and BOTH the women's and men's bathroom WREAKS of rotten eggs to the point of us both loosingour appetite. I visited this location last night. I ordered 30 traditional wings with garlic, Parmesan sauce, and 15 traditional wings with... lemon pepper sauce. I was told to give them 15 minutes, which was right on time. While waiting, my wife and I both use therestrooms. I could not get out of the restroom fast enough, it smelled like raw sewage. When we got ready to leave, the managergave me my order, and I made her aware of the problem. She was already aware. I don?t know how a restaurant can stay open , likethat, it is unhealthy. Unfortunately, I have gotten out of the habit of checking my orders when people hand them to me. When Igot home to South Irving, I found out that I had only 30 wings, not 45. Thankfully, I normally order a little extra, Butunfortunately, it just was not enough tonight. I called back up and spoke to the manager, who incidentally was the one that tookmy order. She explained that they only charged me for 30 wings. I told her that whoever took my order, had gotten the orderwrong, which was her. She said ?well, sorry. ? I told her the problem was that it left dinner short for my family. Herresponse was ?Oh!? I could hear the drop in her voice. I have worked in restaurants since I was a teenager, it is not difficultto verify the order. I am highly dissatisfied with my visit this time. We are six living on one income and money is very tight,I always try to find the best financial option for dinner. I used to love coming here for happy hour, but man the last few months it has really, really stunk in there. The smell of raw... sewage slaps you in the face right inside. Luckily, the smell of the food drowns it out when you're eating, but the minute youtake a trip to the bathroom, the smell sneaks up on you and attacks you. Stopped in for late dinner. Walked in and noticed there was no host at the front and there was a large family waiting in front... of us. The manager came out with an apron on and let us know they were short staffed with only 2 servers! We are in the industryso completely understand and waited. A server came up to the host stand and seated us within 10mins. Food took a little long tocome out, but the service was great. ??????Picture attached with this review is at 6pm on a Saturday???? Start off by saying that I had 3 servers in about a 3 hour... period. Each one of the servers had nothing good to say about the place and felt bad for me. Such a nice place to hang out butfood is disgusting. Got told everything is frozen. You would think the wings would be good, right? Nope... tiny nasty wings.They bring them out automatically with dry rub instead of sauced. Had to have them sent back and sauced. BWW use to be a goodplace. Don't know what is going on but I won't be going back. It's unfortunate too, it doesn't have to be that bad. Bartenders are cool Jonathan and Tim. Food is good everytime I have been there. Beer never runs out. Enough tvs for anyone. Only... bad things are the nats(bugs) don't know what they like at BWW but they are there. The staff try their best to stay sanitized.Overall it's a nice place to watch a game. Read more

Just purchased these seasonings and when opened they were one solid brick . Had to break it up with a knife . I?ve... purchased these before . Pretty sure they aren?t supposed to be like this . It was a disaster from the get go. On Father's Day the dads in our family wanted Hot Wings so we chose to go to Buffalo Wild... Wings over another Hot Wing restaurant in a nearby town. When I think of BWW, I think of a fun atmosphere because it's usually ahot spot for watching sports on the screen. Well, not on this day. It was 12:30 in the afternoon and the place was prettyempty. There was not a hostess but once we were noticed we were sat right away. I was super thirsty and I ordered ice water anda cocktail. It seemed to take forever to get our drinks but they finally came. The cocktail was good but small. For appetizerswe ordered Fried Pickles and Buffalo Chicken Tots. The pickles came out first and we were not given individual plates. Wecouldn't find a server so we put them on napkins and handed them around the table. When the Buffalo Chicken Tots arrived weasked for plates. It took awhile but we were brought plates and then we noticed that we didn't have eating utensils. The BuffaloChicken Tots are messy so you can't really eat with your fingers. We flagged down our server and asked for utensils. On his wayto get them he stopped to take an order from another table and was there for awhile. Finally, he brought us utensils but by thenthe appetizer was cold. However, both appetizers tasted good and my only complaint was that there was only one small piece ofchicken on the Buffalo Chicken Tots. Next, the main course... wait for it... when we began to order, we were told that theywere OUT of the traditional bone-in chicken wings! (Insert surprised emoji face here).
