Went at about 4:00 and the middle age male hostess just stood there ignoring us when we walked up, we waited for a few moments... for him to talk to us before we asked to be seated since it was clear he wasn?t going to talk to us. He looked incrediblyannoyed and said it would be a 20-30 minute wait. It was nearly empty inside with many open tables so that made no sense. Weended up eating somewhere else and decided to come back at 7 to get desert where we were told they decided to close early todayso we couldn?t be seated, seems absolutely absurd for a Saturday night. This Chili?s is a joke. The only reason I am giving one star is because the manager was fairly reasonable. She did come up with... the excuse of them being short staffed, but many places are short staffed and still treat people with respect and kindness. ThisChili?s located in the Grapevine Mills mall was disgusting/dirty, horrible customer service, and just all over the place. Whenplacing my reservation, I waited 10-15min for a text for an open table. Once we finally got seated, we still had to wait evenafter we had already waited. Nobody even came to take our drink order. After about 15min of waiting, we notice another couplecome in and be seated in front of us. Almost as soon as they were seated, a waitress came and took their drink order. I wasappalled and called her over to tell her that we arrived prior to the other couple and still had no help. She immediately gotdefensive and expressed attitude towards me and passive aggressively waved her finger in the air and told me, ?one second?.After her rude attitude, we were finally helped by another waiter, but he was pretty short with us and gave off negative energy.We eventually got the manager and told her about our awful experience that we were already enduring and she was friendly andunderstanding. She offered to move us to the bar to get another waiter, but at this point, my boyfriend and I were done and didnot want to eat there anymore. Instead, went to another Chili?s and had an amazing experience and very friendly waiter! Food is good, but drinks are total junk. They are using tap water which has nasty swamp taste with chemical aftertaste..

I?ve finally reached a point of sadness over the state of customer service nowadays. The waitress came to the table and was very... sweet and took our drink and appetizer order; chips and salsa with a ranch, a Coke, strawberry lemonade, unsweet tea w/lemon,and childs Coke. A second guy came really quickly with those items. Chips were cold, no ranch, Diet Coke, regular lemonade, teano lemons, childs Diet Coke. We got his attention regarding the items and added a couple of waters. He then brought 2 more DietCokes and another regular lemonade with waters and didn?t take the other drinks. Now we have 8 drinks and a childs cup with coldchips. A few minutes passed. The waitress was across the restaurant enjoying time with fellow employees around the computer. Therestaurant was empty I should add. We sat a few more minutes before flagging down the hostess to get us the manager. Immediatelythe waitress came back (not the manager). We let her know we decided to leave. She responded very sweet and respectful. But wefigured the meal was most likely going to be a disaster. We also noticed the place was not clean at all. I thoroughly enjoyed a new dish?carnitas with a Chile lime sauce. It came with rice at beans. It was the perfect amount of food... for me and very tasty! Hubby had a baked seafood pasta dish. It was very good, too. The waitstaff was very helpful andattentive! Read more

Our server and the staff were friendly but the cleanliness of the restaurant isn?t the best. As soon as we got seated we notice... how dirty the dividing wall was, there was splatters of food/drinks and you could tell it?s not wiped down or clean veryfrequently, however we overlooked that the food took some time to come out but it was freshly made so the wait time wasreasonable. Towards the end of our meal I saw something move from the corner of my eye and turns out it was a roach!! Theydefinitely could work on the cleanliness of the restaurant. Read more
