Wish I could rate the food, but I didn't get a chance to eat anything. 45 minutes of waiting after ordering still no food. Asked... for my check saying I couldn't wait any longer, server returns with my check and my food magically in to go boxes. I guess to gowas the only option. Love cold fries. 0 stars. Gf and I stood at the front waiting to be seated and caught eye contact with every waitress. One of them walked right... past us, said nothing. We just turned and walked out. I called from the parking lot to inform a mgr and pressed 1 to make anorder and the phone just rang so I guess they just aren?t serving everyone cool got it. Read more
The girls were great and service was good, it's been a while but the roasted and smoked wings with the dry rub are great,... haven't had them before! My only complaint is the wings are small, I got 12 and should've ordered more but a little expensive. Read more
My buddies and I went to this Hooters when I was home on leave and our server was Sarah. She was the most professional and... interactive and intelligent server we had. I guess I should have read the reviews before coming here? sheesh. I wouldn?t say it was the worst service I?ve ever had but... definitely top 5. Not sure of the waitress?s name since she didn?t introduce herself but the receipt said India. Didn?t want tobe there or didn?t want to be serving us, not sure which. I am at hooters , with party of 10 people, and i asked for warm water in Glass Glass instead of plastic glass And the waitress... went to bar and came back with an answer of that they cant serve me water in Glass Glass, only in plastic glass I?ve beencoming to hooters and i have never heard this policy It is very upset There goes my tip and visiting this location ever Oractually Hooters in General It is unheard of that waters cant be provided , as per policy in Glass Glass , they can only doplastic glass or styrofoam Cup ??????? Worst restaurant experience. Decided to go here cause the Pluckers beside it had a 2 hour wait, now I know why. The fries were... under cooked, the beer was room temperature and stale because it was poured from a pitcher that had been sitting out instead ofthe tap. I emailed Hooters on 12/31 and have not heard anything back yet. Will not be going back. Read more
The waitresses were friendly. However, the management and kitchen staff need some additional training or let go. We were there... for over two hours and that's not because we were having fun and hanging out. I think our waitress gave up on the kitchen andmade the food herself. The food seemed prepared half-hearted or not right. The whole place seemed to be stuck in a time warpand the customers looked like they were waiting for their sentences to be handed down. This is the second time I've been there,I'm actually downgrading my rating. Read more
