Their food is great and I really enjoy their jalapeño poppers.
Edit: Went through the drive through and ordered a #1 burger and the patty was pink and still half frozen. What a disappointing... location. The place is hideous on the outside too. Y'all need to do some landscaping or something. --- Always check that youreceived all your items that you ordered. This location has a tendency to forget things. The lettuce on my tacos was slimey, tough, smelled funny, and was turning color. I couldn't eat them. I'm worried about someone... getting sick with rotting food like this. Read more
Lady at the register was sweet but didn't listen to half of my order. The side door where you have to park (drive thru side) was... locked and have to walk around to the front. At first we thought it was closed. Only gave 1 ranch and 1 red hot sauce for a boxof mini tacos, 6 tacos, and a 5 piece nugget (was supposed to be a 10 piece but was only charged for 5 so I let it go and gaveher some of my fries) asked for water and was charged for a value drink. Asked for more sauce and was told I would have to payfor it, I was like seriously (The manager guy kept walking by listening but didn't step in) so I bought 3 more. No sauce packetsof ketchup anywhere in sight and got tired of having to wait for her to acknowledge me to get sweet tea. I wanted to refill butdecided against it. Very chenchy. But my biggest thing is with everything going on with covid and viruses why is the bathroom sogross. Toilet paper on the floor, toilet seat stained with urine and the bottom of the seat and sides obviously has been missedwhen cleaned like the corners ( if you have time to lean use part of that time to clean). Disappointed cause I love jack in thebox and this one was so far the worst. Read more
Customer service was phenomenal on 03/23/22!! Staff was so kind when I had an app issue with my order they worked to resolve it... and thanked me for my time! Food was fresh! 5/5 will be back to this location!! Read more

This would be my second and my last time trying to eat this horrible food. I wasn?t trying too give a star. Breakfast was not... good at all and I couldn?t eat it ( a waste of money) the customer service wasn?t good either. It?s a No for me. Read more
