This is no where close to 5 stars. Very little cheese on the sub, onions were hard and did not taste fresh at all. They were... barely cooked. The roll was ok but could have been toasted a little. We ordered the Deluxe Club and Philly Cheesesteak. We all enjoyed the sandwiches. Nice clean establishment and friendly cashier.

During the hotter than hell race in Wichita falls bike race, we stopped by their tent. They were setting up and hadn't... completely opened but these guys made our sandwiches. I'm sorry that I didn't have the 5 star experience that others have had. Very little cheese on both of the subs. I thought that... the grilled onions were horrible.They were barely cooked. They did not taste good.The actual steak and the rolls were good.Thecustomer service was good. Thank you for your reply Trina, but restitution is not necessary. I am not looking for free food.Just always looking to get what I pay for. It does not mean that I'm not going to give you a second try. Although, unless youswitch to fresh cut white onion/grilled onions, I will have to leave those off on my next purchase. What a great experience I had at Lenny's Grill & Subs. Aaliyah was very courteous and professional along with Michael at the... grill. Not knowing that they closed 20 minutes before I arrived Michael was kind enough to crank up the grill for me to enjoy myPhilly Cheese steak. Highly recommend and I'll be back. Got me a deluxe club on multigrain. Bread is on point , super soft, the way I like it. Wifey got mile high turkey and loves it... ! Will be returning for the cheesesteak for football season. Hey so? I stopped by here while I was getting an oil change at Firestone in Grapevine Texas. The staff were incredibly inviting... and nice and hospitable. A little bit of that warm, southern hospitality abides here. I got the Italian and it was delicious.The quality of ingredients were very fresh. Their competition down the street is Jimmy John?s but I chose those place becauseit?s local. So glad I made the choice and I hope you get to have as amazing of a Lenny?s experience as I had. Read more
