Horrible customer service at this location! The woman brings me my food and doesn?t speak or even look at me when handing me my... food. But proceeds to have a full-blown conversation to the couple next to me. What a total joke! Read more
This location is super fast, I applaud them for that. Truthfully, I don't eat McDonalds lol my pregnancy has me craving... hotcakes so I obliged. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I paid cash on both occasions and they gave me the wrongchange. If I want paying attention then I would've been shorted. Read more

I decided to do a test on which would be the fastest way to go. My friend and I both placed mobile orders. I went through the... drive thru and he did curbside pick up both at the same time. I got my drive thru order within 5 minutes. He waited in his spotfor 13 minutes, a car pulls up and only waits 3 minutes when his order is brought out same time as mine when we waited longer.Which means one of two things. Either bad management or lazy employees who made me wait for another customers order to be readythat way the employee only had to come out once. Horrible service. 13 minutes to get my food!! Crazy!! This is my second time ordering a Bacon Qtr pounder and there?s no bacon on it. I blame myself for not checking the order before... pulling off. However, my expectation is my order will be made the way I asked. So, I?ll assume this location is out of bacon forthe reason I?ve gotten a baconless burger (which I was charged for) each time in the last two weeks.
