I was in Dallas for an 8 hour layover on the way to Washington State. I?ve been wanting to try out actual Texas BBQ for a long... time. Good BBQ places are hard to come by in the Northeast US. This spot was close to the airport and had great reviews. I tookTexRail from airport down to Grapevine and walked into this spot. The person behind the counter was awesome. He suggested theRib Combo with Brisket and a 1/2 lbs of St. Louis style ribs. I must say that it was amazing. The brisket was so juicy and wentgreat with the sandwich it came in. The ribs were amazing with the dipping sauce they give on the side. The Jalapeño Mac n?Cheese was perhaps the most unexpectedly awesome part about the meal. It had this smoky and slightly hot flavor that was so goodwith all the cheese. It came out to around $30 after everything. Worth it in my opinion. Read more

Really enjoyed the environment and food here! We tried the brisket, jalapeño and cheddar sausage, pulled pork and a variety of... sides. Brisket, sausage and the macaroni were amazing! Sauces were good my favorite was the spicy. Would definitely eat again. Read more

Was suggested this place by a coworker and I must say he didn?t let me down. I had the rib plate and added brisket with the Mac... and cheese and cream corn. I?ll be honest the sides alone are worth the trip. This is a must try if you like bbq. Read more
If you are an excellent pit master, love to smoke meat for hours? Don't. Just get in the car, drive to Grapevine,Texas. Meat U... Anywhere has us beat. I own both a traditional wood offset smoker, and a new fancy pants pellet smoker. Been slinging wood for30+ years. I make my own rubs. I'm quite the pit master myself. This place is impressive by any standard. That pretty smokering, the perfect bark, the juicy lean side of the brisket, to that sweet fatty side, they git r done. The fries? Chucnky handcut, twice fried. Like a fry on the outside, baked potato inside. You like fries? These will crush whatever you used to hold asthe best. Just a tip. Skip breakfast, and have a very light lunch. Even hit the restroom an hour before. Be empty, and wearsome pants with an elastic waist. Wear a shirt you don't much care to mess up. And leave your manners at home. This is just you,meat and sauce. Men, let your wife know that if it's going to be embarrassing for her, you'll go alone. But this is a smokedmeat gridiron and you're going in to get grubby. Sauce from eyelids to kneecaps. Like a lion on the loose. Finger biting good.???? I suggest a rib plate with fries, and a Chopped brisket sandwich as a second "side", or as dessert. It's just tons ofsucculent lean, fat, bark on a bun. You won't need sauce, greenery, cheese.
