I personally really liked this place,but I highly doubt that I will go there again. The atmosphere was amazing and the... decorations were beautiful, but after every 30 min it gets really loud with animal and thunder noises. I got jumpscared 2 times.The servers were amazing and really nice. They made me feel comfortable to ask for stuff and to just compliment the food. Sothey get a 10 from me The food...I am a vegitarian and they only had 2 options out of the whole menu. But the beyond burger Igot was bomb. I loved it. There was a long line, but it moved pretty quickly. They told us the wait would be 20 minutes and it was. The inside is so much... fun with animated animals, rain, sounds, lights. All the theatrics. The food is a bit pricy but it was worth it! Read more

After reading all the negative reviews, I was apprehensive about taking the family here. However, from the hostess to the... dessert, everything was great! We had made a reservation earlier in the month, so when we arrived, the hostess sat usimmediately. Emily, our server, was upbeat, knowledgeable and accommodating. We had a reservation for a party of 8, and we were seated at the appropriate time. It took about 15 minutes to bring out... appetizers from the time we order them, and it took about 45 minutes to bring out entrées from the time we ordered them. Wewere celebrating 2 birthdays, so we asked the waiter if we could get their birthday song as well as an order for the birthdaylava cake that they had. This was not done, the waiter entirely forgot about the ask. Because everyone was annoyed that wewaited and the food was pretty basic we did not mention the birthday part and luckily we were not charged for the lava cake. Read more
A good place for the kids to have fun but dining as well as food and service is mediocre. We waited for 2 hours to get seated... and once seated another 30 minutes before someone comes to our table. We went today with a party of six and had an amazing time! My three daughters loved asking the marine specialist all about the... fish! Our waitress Diana did a wonderful job and the general manager Christian made us feel like family! Truly one of the bestdining experiences ever!
