This location is my goto for my work coffee. Amazing folks whose positivity and genuine joy for their job makes my mornings... sparkle. Even if I wake up in a mood, they always manage to help me smile. But seriously, it is truly a sight to see them knockout a line of twenty plus cars in minutes, even without mobile orders. I come to this location at least 3x a week if not more. Since it?s the fall I order a something different than my usual. I get 3... shots of blonde espresso over once in a venti cup, two pumps of white mocha, two pumps of pumpkin, add cream, topped withpumpkin foam. The guy who took my order has taken it several times, his name is Ben. Usually I have to repeat myself orcompletely tell him the order again. This time I pull up to the window and he hands me my drink with the cup 1/3 full. I thoughthe was joking when he handed me my drink and asked him where my drink was. He said this is it, this is what you ordered. I waslike no, where?s the other half of my drink?! He?s like that?s what you ordered, he was super rude about it. The barista cameover and said he forgot the pumpkin foam, I then asked him if he had added the cream and he was like yes?..do you want me tofill it up with cream?? No, I want my drink made the way I asked. Ben kept inserting himself into the conversation saying it wasmade right, Ben if my drink was made right why would I order a venti cup to get it 1/3 full? Why not a tall? Anyway, anotherbarista comes over, apologizes and tells the other one how to make it. The barista who did not make my drink was the only onewho apologized to me! Terrible service! I?ve really dragged my feet with this review. I?m not sure what?s going on with the morning crew the last 6 weeks or so. I get... the same drink everyyyy morning. Nonfat ICED VANILLA LATTE. After the second time my drink was wrong I started asking them torepeat it to me? that was pointless because it still is a hit or miss. I can almost tell by who?s voice I hear when my drink isgoing to be wrong. But when it?s early and you just want to grab your coffee and head into work, you don?t feel like playingblues clues! Starbucks charges for EVERY addition, if you?re going to charge me for my vanilla pumps ?may I please have it inmy drink ? This morning made the 6th time my drink has been wrong!! The last time I had to go to a different Starbucks and theywere nice to remake my drink but informed me that I would have to go back to my original location next time? 10am and they're out of every single breakfast sandwich. Here's a novel idea... Maybe order more food to keep on hand so you're... not running out that early in the morning. I?ve been going to this Starbucks for a minute. I work next door so it?s easy for me to have breakfast or lunch here. But , let... me tell you don?t go here on a Saturday morning.The lady that was taking my order was very rude I asked for a shaken vanillaoat. When asked what else i wanted I asked for oatmeal. She gave me a price & thought was little strange. I got to the counterthe man at that was giving the order was super nice. but the lady was rude when I said I had an oat meal. Instead of saying shemade a mistake she rudely gave me stank look like me asking for my oatmeal. if I wasn?t charged I?ll pay so no issue . Customerservice just is trash on a Saturday and it?s like this everytime on Saturday im not sure if she is a manager or whatever but sheneeds to be nicer. Read more
I stopped at this Starbucks after purchasing a venti Irish cream cold brew with added vanilla sweet cream at another Starbucks... down the road because the previous store I stopped at didn?t add my sweet cream.
