Not bad for a Starbucks. Just seems like every time I go in they have more and more employees, but you tend to have to wait... longer and longer. I have started ordering at home and they are generally just finishing my drink when I get there. So there?sthat! There is this stupid chain on the door closest to the street. Every time the same issue? baristas don?t use a shaker when mixing refreshers and most importantly you order a trenta and cup... is barely 75% full and when confront the barista, they blame the company for measurements like if it?s my first time at aStarbucks!!!! Read more

Very disappointed in finding out that my cup was not filled to the top. I had already left the drive-through when I went to take... a drink, the cup seemed really light. I did not have time to turn around and go back to have it corrected. Unless so am wrongand this is this how the drink is supposed to look because I feel like I got cheated on a very expensive drink. I?ve visited this location a few times in the past and service and quality has always been great. But this morning, 8/15/22 I... visited this location and ordered a Matcha Latte with Oatmilk and Brown Sugar syrup. They incorrectly made it with CinnamonDulce syrup instead. So I came right back through the drive-thru and let them know of the mistake. I did not receive an apologyand was asked to pull forward. When I pull forward I was not greeted nor was an apology given, and the woman working thedrive-thru just shoves the latte out the window in my face without saying a word. So before I grab it I said ?Hi, can you pleasethrow the incorrect one away?? And she goes ?we can?t take anything back.? and stares at me waiting for me to grab the newlatte. So I give her a confused look, pull around, walk inside and dump the incorrect latte in the trash. It would be a lot moreconvenient and less messy if they took back their incorrect orders and properly dispose of them in the sink vs. having customersdump a full cup of liquid in a trash can. Terrible customer service and terrible customer experience overall. Read more

I don?t know if this location got an new evening staff or what but the young lady who made my caramel ribbon crunch did an... awful job :( I?m a night shift nurse at a local hospital so this is the first stop I make before I head into work.. Nothingfor irritating than having your taste buds fixed for something and the presentation just disgust you. I?ve gotten the samebeverage for 5 years now and I?ve never been more annoyed.
