Starbucks are kind of all the same but there are a few key differences here. This one typically has long lines of 20+ minutes... and their menu wasn't as full as others I've frequented. Overall, it's a good experience and the only coffee shop in the place.I heard that there used to be a Dunkin Donuts, but it wasn't there when we visited. Read more
The coffee was good and the employees were fast and friendly. I felt bad for the 3 employees that were working, it was crazy... busy and they couldn't keep up. They definitely need several more people to help. Read more
Very poor quality for resort prices. My mocha latte tasted like a horrible hot chocolate. Wife's caramel latte tasted watered... down. Starbucks has always been worse than McDonald's but this was worse than normal. Read more
I was amazing. Clean. Comfortable beds.. nice breakfast that is included in a nice lunchroom. The gym actually had nice... equipment. Enough for a good workout strength and cardio. The pool was nice and clean. Laundry service, small snack area. Read more
Never had experience like this at any Starbucks. First of all I received poor customer service. Dude practically threw my stuff... like he didn?t care. Maybe he?s having a bad day? I don?t know. Also the barista does not know how to make the drink at all. Ihad to request him to make it properly. Never had to do this.
