This place is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Iced coffee is so bitter it's intolerable. They hire trashy people who... don't wash their hands after smoking. Complain about being over worked and when you call to complain you're met with the iconic"I'm sorry you feel were not good enough for you". If you show horses in grass lake take your time and get coffee somewhereelse. You can't even order food without it being half frozen. Do better dunkin. Hire classy people with work ethic. Horriblerepresentation. This entire establishment does not care about their environment. The subway, the dunkin and the gas station.. itall just needs to go and something better needs to take its place. The horse shows are the only thing keeping this place inbusiness. Read more

An absolutely horrible way to serve coffee. You think with all these high wages that is going on in the country people wanna... actually work. I was offered to add hot water to my coffee after I said the coffee was cold. They never said they will make afresh one for me. There were flies all over the donuts and the girls behind the counter were too busy talking than taking careof the store or the customer. Read more

Been here many times for pick up and they?ve only gotten the order right 1 time, it?s usually that they are ?out? of items, like... bacon and so I get that substituted with sausage, but the whole rest of the order is always out of wack, half the time I receivethings I never ordered, as well as not receiving items I did order. It seems as though they just throw whatever they havetogether and give it out because of low stock, etc. Read more
The staff at this Dunkin Donuts Are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I have been going here for over a year now, I walk... in and am always greeted with a smile and a good morning Pete and all of them know what I drink I dont have to tell anyone. The coffee was great, love the fall drinks, and the service was speedy. The workers were incredibly sweet despite an absolutely... vile customer throwing a tantrum after having to wait 2 whole minutes (who arrived after us when we were only there for 3minutes and bought and walked out with our food.) The store is also conveniently placed. I recommend the pumpkin chai with sweetfoam and the breakfast sandwich on sourdough. Read more
