I ordered and paid online this evening (4/2/22 @ 1030pm) for pizza and breadsticks. When I arrived my husband dropped me off at... the door to run in and grab the food we had already paid for. He turned the car around while I was inside and pulled up to pickme back up. The cashier refused to give me our food until my husband had properly parked. I was appalled at the rudeness ofthis employee. This food was already paid for and he was refusing to hand it over until we had properly parked. I have beencoming to Marcos pizza for over three years but it will no longer be at the top of my list after this experience. Absolutelyshocked at the rudeness. Read more
Found a hair in my pizza and the pizza was burnt and cold. Got delivery on a Thursday night won?t be ordering again!! Save your... money and go to pizza time! UPDATE: they had banned my address so I can?t order pizza to get delivered to my address anymore.Was a loyal customer for Marcos but have took my business elsewhere. Ordered pizza at 530pm it just got here at 905pm. I know you only have 1 driver and it's snowing buckets but if you knew order's... were running super late then you shouldn't make pizzas and cheese bread right when someone orders them to only let them sit for3 and a half hours before delivering. Extremely not satisfied with 50 dollars worth of cold food. I am happy to tip 13 dollarsto the delivery girl though, your a rock star and thanks for coming to work. Read more
If they weren't the only option in town I wouldn't go there. Forgot my pizza in an order so when I came to pickup I had to wait... another 15 minutes and they didn't do anything at all to make up for it. How do you forget the pizza at a pizza place for awings and pizza order? Then they gave me a undercooked pizza and cold wings. Was not worth the price tag at all. Read more
We ordered 2 specialty pizzas with the app on my phone and set a pickup time. Everything was made to perfection at the exact... time the Order Tracker said. My family has had some overly greasy pizzas before, but this time it was excellent. Read more
Customer service is terrible. Quality of food is always, always bad. Constantly get burnt pizza's and when I have something to... say about it, management is rude and snoty. I was waiting for a pick up in there one day and the manager or someone had a familymember in there with two boys around 5 and 6, running around, no shoes, yelling and slamming chairs into table. It was like acircus. I wasn't gonna post this but because of how rude and sloppy they have been I changed my mind. Go to pizza time itswayyyyyy better! Read more
