I used to work here 25 years ago when it was a comic book shop for Shane Deadman. Crazy how much things change. Cheers.

Too much hype for overpriced drinks and so called "good vibes". Not child friendly.

Grass Valley?s Elixart delivers a delectable, savory kitchari and GF avocado toast that?ll keep you coming back for more! The... Saffron latte satisfies the sweet flavor and provides those much needed antioxidants. This is the go-to eatery for healthy foodoptions, smoothies, jun on tap, and elixars! highly recommend!! The food and drinks are awesome, so tasty ! The employees are also super friendly and give great advice on what each menu item... is. High quality ingredients used which is getting rarer and rarer to find in restaurants these days. If we lived close than 3hours away would visit more often Read more

Super-amazing expansion for Nevada County. I ordered the first drink on the menu as it promised to sprout me ?dragon wings?.... Those wings were other than I expected, and provided fantastic lift and a groovilicious feeling. I was propelled into atalkative mood, and not knowing much about elixirs, I started asking questions. The stalwart woman behind the counter was keen, kind, and knows her craft ? and revealed to me to the pleasures of kava (which is offered in many wonderful ways to discover). The shop?s been designed to compel a lingering; window seats to view passerby, evocative murals by a local-artist, and astunning custom counter by a local artisan. So I sat at that bar and chatted with two locals that were warm, genuine, and onN.C. fire . So stay or go (you can take-out big bags of custom dry mix to bring home to swirl yourself). I?ll be back for thebag of Vanuatu Kava one day soon. Keep spinning awesome, Elixart. Read more
