Enjoyed this place when it first opened in downtown. The meats and cheeses are good. The coffee is serious coffee. New place is... nice and bigger. Staff still friendly and awesome. Tried their pizza for the first time. It was soooo goid. Will definitely trytheir other food options. Read more

Got the eggplant Parmigiana panini adding pesto and zucchini and it?s honestly the best panini I have ever had. It is amazing.... The tiramisu- also amazing. Caffe Shakerato - delicious. My husband?s meatball sandwich- you guessed it- amazing. They aremasters here! They are still working out some of the checkout kinks but have patience, they?re really nice and the food is worthit. They also sell high quality meats and cheeses from Italy. Can?t wait to come back. Read more
I am actually sorry to be posting this review because we were really looking forward to food from La G. We ordered 2 pizzas for... my husband's 65th birthday, and after 1 slice each ended up throwing both pies away! I can honestly say that was painfulbecause I hate to waste food and money, and as I said above we were anticipating the best. My Napoletana *barely* had anypesto or flavor. And the crust was so undercooked I couldn't hold a slice because it just flopped over, dropping sauce andcheese right off the pizza. My husband's Grass Valley was a little sturdier but was supposed to have arugula. Instead it was*buried* in spinach. And also lacked flavor (spices?) We'll try again for desserts but won't be ordering otherwise. So sorryfor the disappointed experience! Read more
