Love this place! All of the employees are so sweet and kind and welcoming. Also love love their pizza !

We love their combination crustless pizza. Tonight we ordered one from their manager and I stated several times the combination... keto pizza stressing combo! They gave me a meat keto and it was not what I ordered. It was also extremely small for $17.00plus tip. I phoned and the manager was interupting me and was extremely rude and not pleasant at all. Love the Cowboy pizza here! I called the location on McKnight at 7:35 and was told that "sorry, they're cleaning up and can no... longer take orders". Hey, I get it. Pizza is predictable and decent tasting. Ordering online should have been faster and easier, but resulted in erroneous billing... charges that the in store manager doesn?t want to deal with on phone. When you arrive in the store to deal with it asinstructed, there?s no one there empowered to deal with it. Try online customer service, they said. This great review is deserved by the employees and the food they make; tonight they were obviously understaffed and overwhelmed,... and several customers were very rude even though the three workers on shift obviously were working as hard as they could andwere saying they were so sorry anyone was upset or inconvenienced. It was the kind of thing that can make good employees walkoff the job. I hope it's a one-time thing and management doesn't that kind of thing happen to them again. I only waited half anhour and my pizza looks great, just like I ordered, so I think some of the angry people were exaggerating their wait time, butit was not a good situation for the workers. I stepped into one bully and told him I wasn't going to let him harass the girlabout his pizza order anymore. He had made her cry. I'm glad he backed down instead of taking me on; he was just not upsetenough to be that foolish I guess. What a scene. I hope the ownership takes note and appreciates how hard their employeesstruggle to make them look good and make them money.
