The blue cheese bacon burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The sauce and blue cheese meshed so well together. The... sharpness of the blue cheese and the smokiness of the bacon are a perfect match. I love the meat patty, it was juicy while stillhaving that delicious char flavor without being overpowering. Absolutely the best burger I?ve had in my life!! Everything is always cooked and assembled to perfection! Based on taste and... mouth feel, I should be paying $70 a burger! The smoldering pine is my go to, but I?ve probably tried about a third to half ofthe menu over the years. The pesto fries are bomb and the dairy free shakes are my wife?s absolute favorite she wouldn?t dreamof ordering a regular milkshake even if she wasn?t lactose intolerant!!
