Ordered a meatball marinara sandwich and received a roll with 3 meatballs and no marinara sauce and a very thin slice of cheese.... The pic on the left is the sandwich I received, the picture on the right is how you advertise. Quite a difference. Very sadsandwich. Please train your employees how to make a decent sandwich and if they are not sure have them look at you advertisepicture. Read more

The worst experience I've had, most due to to older man that might own the place. He was crude and demeaning when ordering and... very careless and rushing when cutting the bread. He smashed the bread down flat when cutting it. The younge girl working forhim seem nervous and she was very nice. Highly recommend to replace that guy. ???? Read more

This location is good, also doesn't enforce any insane mask requirements like most other subway stores down the hill.

Just bad customer service 2:40 on a Saturday. The ginger hair lady did not talk or ask questions on what I wanted and horrible... display of vegetables wilted lettuce lackluster amount of everything put on my sandwich sad. Read more

First of all walked in no greeting or anything was ignored for the first 10 minutes. Isabel behind the counter was rude . I usually come in right about the time they open up at 9am and more often than not they are unprepared for customers so I end up... spending an extra 5-10 minutes waiting while they get their register up and running and their toaster oven warmed up. On top ofthat they can never seem to get ingredients into the sandwhich and don't even bother folding it before they wrap it up. Read more

I've been going to this Subway for many years and almost always have a good experience. But today, the team was outstanding --... working together like a well chorographied dance team. They moved the lunch-time crowd through the line quickly andefficiently. Great job all!! Read more

Whomever the franchise owner is, is obviously to blame for the shortcomings of this Subway location. The employees are always... very polite and do the best they can, with what they have. But these poor employees are always understaffed and the sandwichingredients are always in short supply. I hope things change for the employees, because they are very sweet people. Read more
