Your "new hours" that are clearly posted on your door are wrong. They clearly say 9pm. I was there at 8pm and the employees were... rude and yelled at me "we're closed". I pointed to the hours and they yelled it again. Every time me or my husband go here it'sa terrible experience. Never fails. 0 stars if I could. Read more

I placed an order on the Subway app, had confirmation on the app plus an email confirmation but had to wait 15 minutes before... they would start my order because it took that long for them to receive the order on their end. Not happy at all! Read more

I have been to this subway countless times, and everyone is so kind and does a great job. Ive noticed they have all new... employees very frequently, most people dont work there very long before a new person replaces them. EXCEPT for the middle agedwoman, who is the only employee to not wear a name tag, I'm assuming she's the manager or something. She is always very veryrude to the employees and holds them to impossibly high standards. Yet I've seen her handle bread with her bare hands, notchange gloves after touching the register, etc. She is highly condescending to the other employees, and I've even seen her joinin when customers are being rude to/scoffing at the other employees. Highly unprofessional, always has a tone with her employeesand customers who are younger than herself. Read more
I usually give very positive reviews but not this time. I ordered the California club..mainly btead.. For the price you are... better off getting a Freshly made sandwich with quality ingredients at SPD Market. DISAPPOINTED..meat tastes processed. Read more
