Great coffee. Great pastries. Deli can get a little slow but that is pretty much standard in Grass Valley it seems... Staff is... always friendly and there are some delicious premade food options in the cold case. Ample parking is shared with the nearbybowling alley. My husband and I have visited this place on several occasions but our recent experience was less than satisfactory. We ordered... chicken enchiladas and the food was served barely warm. The chicken inside was cold. We asked the service provider to warmthem up in the microwave which he did but his attitude and his facial expressions were unfriendly and rude as if we werebothering him with our request. In addition, I got sick several hours after eating at this place with the symptomsindicating that I consumed something with wheat ( my dish was supposed to be wheat free ). This is unfortunate, as some peoplehave food sensitivities and it is critical not to consume certain foods. Love it here but... be ready for a wait if you order from the restaurant side. Some days are better than others and the food is... good enough to not loose a star over it. Great coffee, friendly staff, AMAZING sticky buns :) Who don't want that!? Lots ofparking makes it easy to get in and out most days.
