What has happened to KFC. I thought I'd try the Gravenhurst location today since it had been a year since my terrible visit to... the Orillia one. Just another disappointment. I ordered a 10 piece bucket with 3 sides and added gravy. The pieces are so smallnow. Thighs and breasts must be cut in half.They actually made the wings look like the biggest pieces in the box. And the tasteisn't the same it was very bland. And the gravy was super thin and watery. I gave two stars because the coleslaw and macaronisalads were good. So sad I use to love KFC and crave it. I just wasted over 40 dollars on a memory. Read more

Menu board says Original Tenders but store only has crispy tenders. No division between popcorn chicken and fries. Both way... overcooked. Won't be back. Read more

If you're going here don't expect them to create the new version of the modern day KFC. The old way was good enough as it was... and didn't need to be changed in any regard. If you want dry chicken go to Orillia or basically any other KFC across Ontario.The reason as to why it's greasy is because that's how it was originally made, even though the strips are extremely crispy. Ihad gone here from the time period of being a minor into an adult. The people here treat you like family, nobody is rude it'sjust how you perceive it. So please do not try to come after people who work to provide you a meal. They are doing everythingthey possibly can in these times and even before hand. If you're going to this KFC then please understand that you have to gointo it knowing that they stuck to the roots of what KFC should be. Support this place. Support the people. Read more

If you want dry chicken go to Orillia or basically any other KFC across Ontario.The reason as to why it's greasy is because that's how it was originally made, even though the strips are extremely crispy. Great service but cutting corners. Gravy was watery. Bucket of chicken shown in picture that's what I got when I got home and... opened it. Popcorn chicken is like a cup and a half worth. And the classic chicken? The majority were small pieces with littlemeat. Is this worth 40? Absolutely not. That is a saucer and a small spoon. That is an example of the majority of pieces givento me hidden under two regular size classic chicken pieces. Its clearly not doing well. Store is often empty parking lot and itis OBVIOUS owners are cutting corners to stay afloat. Which I understand however I have to spend my money where it's going toget a equal return. I have poster pictures twice and they keep beong removed. I dont know why as there is an option and arerelevant to the review. Read more
