Have ordered from this place several times, and unless physically present watching my order being prepared, they ALWAYS make... mistakes. Twice we have received stone cold food, and told it was my fault for ordering delivery. Twice we were given guacamoleinstead of queso, those aren?t even the same colour, how do you mess that up? Twice we didn?t receive items we paid for. I wouldavoid ordering delivery from this restaurant as they do not care about the complaints or quality, they get their moneyregardless. Avoid. Read more
I used Quesada for catering my 30th birthday party and was beyond impressed! Order "build your own tacos for 17 people and the... food was amazing! The customer service was incredible from start to finish and when my husband went to pick up the food, thestaff took time to go over the order to ensure nothing was missed. The portion sizes were very generous and food was hot,ingredients were fresh! It was such an incredible experience and I'm so grateful to have this restaurant in Gravenhurst. I alsoadore their burritos! I highly recommend this restaurant for a larger catering order/party you are hosting or a incredibleburrito! Thank you so much for making my 30th birthday a success. Very Stingy on toppings, very disappointed, toppings were not very fresh. I have no problems paying extra for guacamole but when... they only give you teaspoon it?s not worth it. I?ll choose to support the local pubs for my quesadilla & taco cravings. Read more
Ordered this on door dash . Horrible customer service . Basically told me they can send old, cold food to someone and it?s not... their problem , it?s door dash?s problem for not sending a delivery person right away . The food sat out for over an hour beforeit was delivered. They knew when it left that it would be a complaint . The manger said he gets paid ?either way? . Veryunapologetic, and rude . I give this place four stars and not three because of it?s convenience being that there are limited places for mexican food in... the area. the food was good, fast, clean space, 1 server was not so nice but the other was super professional and kind. over alla good place to stop if ya just need a burrito. I went here all the time in the summer and the food is great but the portions are shrinking. . Stop being so chincy! Your... prices are not low and this bowl is about half full compared to what I was getting in the summer. Read more
