No dine in. No signage that states no dine in. Got take away and tried to sit in the dine in because picnic tables outside were... full and the manager yelled at me and my son. I asked what the difference was between sitting inside or outside with my takeaway bags and he couldn't answer me. Fries weren't cook well and my wings were cold. A lot of wasps and garbage outside inpicnic area. I suggest going towing House' in Bracebridge. At Wing House, you get take out but they accommodate you by lettingyou sit inside. I will not be visiting swiss chalet/Harvey's in Gravenhurst again. No dine in. The manager yelled at my son andI. The patio was disgusting and full of wasps. I also witnessed other guests get their order messed up. Is letting guests sitinside such a big deal? Edit: I don't want to fill out a survey. Filling out the survey will not fix the real issue at hand.Take some accountability for your poor service and take action. Read more

Swiss Chalet has just gone down completely down hill since pandemic. This location is worst franchise I?ve been to with... overcooked chicken (dry) and fries. Dining room is still jot open, they close at 8PM, and ownership/management just doesn?t havethe skills to retain staff. My wife just wanted two legs, no fries or other sides. Seemed to be an unusual request that took a bit to figure out how it is... done and how much to charge. The young lady was final able to fulfill my order for approximately $15. Thank you very much! Read more
We are so lucky that we can go out now to restaurants where we are appreciated and valued by the action of excellence in regards... to the customer experience. We can go where people are treated with morals, ethics and integrity. This establishment and some ofits employees treat people with great disrepect, they feel they can be rude or condescending and it is obvious that the owneroperator allows and condones these types of behaviors for this unfortunately happens frequently and yet if you call for themanager or owner operator you will not receive anyone on the phone because as soon as they take the message they either,really don't take down the number or the owner operator never gets the message. Just so the readers know I live here and manypeople from these parts have tried to get resolves with no interest given from the owners . So If you like paying money toreceive the worst treatment with the worst customer service then you should come to Swiss Chalet Gravenhurst. Ordered take out last evening. Last time ordered Swiss Chalet was from Bracebridge while visiting friends and the portions were... small and not very tasty. One quarter chicken piece looked the size of a large wing. A very disappointing meal. Remembering thatexperience was hesitant but thought we?d give it a try. Went into building to order. The gentleman taking order was pleasant andi believe a manager. I ordered the white meat quarter chicken meal and a rib/ chicken meal. The portion size was excellent,chicken breasts were a nice size and cooked well. Ribs were great. Both orders had plenty of fries. Best Swiss Chalet I've had in a very long time. After being let down by a couple locations in Toronto with poor quality cold... food, I'd sworn to never go back. Arrived late after driving down from cottage. Tired and just wanted a meal and a break. We lined up behind a large extended... family (12 plus) and thought oh no ????. There was also a sign announcing short staffing and asking for patience. Well, thestaff were excellent! Calm and unruffled despite the huge number of orders. Staff were efficient and friendly.
