Finally leaving a review after a lifetime of disappointment. Orders are wrong, employees are short tempered, and during the... middle of the hottest days in the summer the Iced Capp machine "goes down" because they're too lazy to clean it or replace it.Typical corporate place of spend as little as possible while not caring about the customer. Has to be the slowest Tim Hortons ever. A combination of management understaffing and incompetence of the employees. Regularly... waiting 20+ mins for under 5 cars in the drive thru. Food is fine when you eventually get it, regularly cold though. Ordersoften wrong... Read more
My worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Lethargic and very slow employees. Very messy and dirty premises. No toilet paper in... washroom. Garbage everywhere. Very low stock. No rice, no wedges. "We don't have time to prepare the rice or wedges". IT ISCLEAR THAT NEW MANAGEMENT SEVERELY NEEDED. Read more
Last who took our order was polite and helpful, but when she brought the order to the pick up area she didn't look at us but set... it down and continued walking while talking to another staff member. Kind of odd. Also Store was way too cold in relation to theoutside temperature (22 or 23 degrees) Coffee and donuts were good. Read more
Was in town for a show with a friend. My friend and I ordered food and sat and waited for 25 minutes just for them to FORGET to... make our food. Not to mention the disgusting mess inside. Floors were visibly dirty, the garbage was overflowing both outsideAND inside, it was gross. No toilet paper in the men's bathroom and they didn't seem to care when it was mentioned. Worst TimHortons I have ever been to. No wonder they're hiring. Maybe hire better staff? Not going back when I'm come for another show. Read more
