The cover that was over one register was absolutely disgusting. None of the tables were clean and we had to ask for some paper... towels to clean them ourselves. The floors also appear to not have been cleaned in quite some time. The only decent placewas the bathroom. Will definitely question wether we stop here in the future or take our business elsewhere. And to topeverything off two of our 9 family members got a completely different order than what they paid for! Guess that?s why thecashier looked so miserable. Read more
Very dirty counter for a food establishment and no clean tables. I asked and was given a paper towel to clean my own table. I... know times are rough but I do-nut think this was Tim Hortons caliber. I think it?s time to do better please. Read more
The place is absolutely disgusting, overflowing garbage cans, washrooms were not cleaned. Once we ordered our good and looking... around nothing is being cleaned. Dirt everywhere. Actually scared to eat the food I got. My sausage patty was pail looking.Disgusting. Read more

Absolutely disorganized. Huge lineup of people, 3 tills, only one open, and the person at the till screwed up EVERY order for... at least 5 people in front of us, including our order and the 4 people behind us. The whole experience "only" took 45 minutesfor a breakfast sandwich and 2 coffees. Apparently, the only requirements for employment are to be covered in skin, and havea heartbeat . . . maybe. Wait until Barrie to stop so you can avoid the incompetence. Read more

Avoid if you can For starters you are greeted by an employee at the till who will lackadaisically take your order?. Eventually.... What you order will not necessarily be what you get , 2 of the people I ordered with ordered the bowls and got wraps instead,with no explanation as to why. The vegetables in my soup were raw and the soup was warmed over. The restaurant overall isfilthy and hasn?t been cleaned in who knows when . One of the staff was arguing with a customer in the drive through over whatthey ordered. I understand times are tough but there was not a staffing shortage here and it was not busy at all. Read more
