Great Service and Great Pizza And Nice People. But don't go the for air it was free at one time but then they got greedy.
Casey's is always nice. Wonderful food and service. Always difficult for me to avoid all the great sweets they make, "puppy... chow", fudge brownies, peanut butter squares, chocolate covered pretzels. The only piece of constructive criticism I can sayabout them is that, while their bathrooms are clean, they are ALWAYS prone to vandalism and profanity. Not that it is theirfault, but, it can be easily fixed. Read more

Casey's has been great in NWA. This location though needs better training/management. I ordered pizza on mothers day (I know... they were busy and i was very understanding of this. It was also the 1st week they were open.). With that, I showed up after the40 min wait time that was estimated and was told it was going to be another 30 mins due to how busy they were. So, I went backhome and then came back 30 mins later (I completely understand why they were busy and this wasn't the problem I had). I gotthere and my pizza was ready but was given the wrong order. I brought it to their attention and it was fixed. I went home anddecided I would give them another chance considering the circumstances. Fast forward to today, I ordered 2 pizzas this timethrough the app and It estimated 1 hour. I waited the hour and went to pick up the pizza. I showed up at the time the pizza wasready and the gentleman that checked for my pizza went to the back (no gloves on), opened the box, touched the pizza, andbrought it to me. He handed me the pizza and walked away as I was trying to say something about touching the pizza. This is notabout covid-19 it's about health standards and wearing gloves when handling food. HE TOUCHED MY PIZZA WITH BARE HANDS!!! Not thebox, the pizza. I threw away the one that was touched and took the other one home for my family. I want to see proper training.This is a sad excuse for Casey's to open a store and not properly train their team. I will still give another chance but Iwanted to get this out here because it's not acceptable. Read more
Just paid 6.01 for 4 chicken strips. No drink, no roll, no fry, no anything. I would have settled for a friendly smile but... instead I get a girl trying to charge me for 12 chicken strips. Then to finish it out the strips were dry. Thanks ???? Read more
