This McDonalds is simply horrible. It?s almost always the same song and dance. The person on the microphone is bland, careless... and usually rude. 9/10 the food is cold. Tonight, my cheeseburgers, fries and chicken nuggets were all lukewarm. We didn?t getstraws or napkins. My burgers were COVERED in ketchup. I love ketchup as much as the next person but that was just excessive.It?s amazing how careless the people that work here are. I understand not wanting to be at work and there?s probably 100 otherthings someone wants to be doing but at some point you have to care. Even just a little bit. Read more
Waited 20 minutes to get to window, only live 8 minutes away, food was already cold. Most of mcrib sauce and onions off the bun... and the patty was hard, cold and bare. Wife's big Mac sauce tasted old, burger cold. 1/4 pounder ingredients all in the box,half cheese off bun. This is normally one of the better McDonald's! Read more
I've been here a few times in the morning and recieved great service. But the afternoon is not. I asked the girl for a frappe... and she said machine was being cleaned. Then I asked for a shake and she was like hold on a sec..I guess trying to act like shewas asking somebody was it working or acting like she was going to check to see if it was working and then got back on the micto tell us it wasn't working either. Pretty ironic how the employees wear shirts saying ?serving up smiles? but not a single one can even spare even a grin!... Employees don?t ever say thank you or have a nice day or anything like that, let alone just a simple smile. Just forget a ?I amsorry? if they mess something up! I have also had a few times where the employees just have their backs turned to me ignoringme! Only one lady I have seen there with a big smile on her face, other than that it just seems like a bunch of people who actlike they don?t wanna be there (and it shows through the service). Read more
Where do I start?? The young guy at the register was completely cold and stoic, with no greeting or even a smile. I ordered a... large McCafe mocha and 2 apple pies. After I left with my order and am driving down the road, I gently swirl my coffee and feelsomething "bumping" around?? I pull over and with a fork I pull out part of a machine?? How do they not know they are missingthis?? Needless to say I didn't drink anymore of that coffee. I have no idea when that part was last washed! I won't bereturning to that McDonalds. Read more
I don?t even know why we keep giving them a chance..this is the absolute worst McDonald?s ever! There frappe machine is ALWAYS... ?down? .. went through the drive through.. ordered my meal with a sweet tea.. get to the window for the lady to say we are outof tea would you like a coke instead and I said sure that?s fine she said ok have a great day no drink no nothing .. the biscuitwas cold and sloppy.. the hash brown was also cold and extremely soggy with grease so I legit just paid to throw food in thetrash!! Honestly I know this is futile and probably won?t even been seen but this McDonald?s by far has got to be the worst one I?ve... ever went to . Anytime i go to the drive thru it?s a minimum of 20 min even with nobody in line . They always take at least 3min to speak to you on the intercom and it?s always someone with the worst attitude. It has never been a good experience for me. I have also had employees stand with their backs to me while I?m waiting to pay or get my food .it?s honestly ridiculous Read more
I like McDonald's, but I usually just go somewhere else. This is one of the worst McDonald's when it comes to friendly service... or speed of service. This particular store has been this way for the last 14 years that I can remember. If I must have someMcDonald's I will just drive 30 minutes to Macon or Milledgeville. Read more
