The people here are very nice. But. Y'ALL DON'T LISTEN! each time we go over there the order is always wrong. Either something... is missing or something is not right. I don't want to get charged my money if what I order is not there or the way I need it tobe. Nothing else is wrong. Just need better listening skills and don't get mad if somebody's gotta tell you the order is wrong.We understand you are working hard and are very busy. Just be mindful of your people. Read more
Didn't care for this Burger King at all! French toast sticks were either past holding time or old. We questioned the store... manager about the price difference on the receipt from what we were actually charged she had no clue how to answer the problemso she didn't. Her response was oh I didn't know. The store was clean however the employees leave a lot to be desired. We willnever visit this store again! Employees were more interested in their social life than waiting on the customers. I do notrecommend this location to anybody! Read more

Went to the Gray LA Burger King, and I had THE WORST customer service, ever! I realize a hurricane just hit, but that doesn?t... give someone the right to be RUDE! When I pulled up to the order station there were two paper signs on the board saying we haveburgers, whoppers, chicken nuggets and something else. It was very simple and not very helpful. So when I ordered I asked ifthey had the impossible whopper. I was told rudely no, look at the sign. So I said can I get a bacon king? again I was toldrudely to look at the sign. So when I said I would take a whopper with cheese and pickles. I also ordered three more of thembecause everything I asked for I was as told so rudely to look at the sign that is what they had? while ordering and being toldto look at the sign I was called ma?am multiple times, and even after telling the cashier I was a gentleman she still referredto me as a ma?am. Anyway, I pull forward to pay and ask the assistant manager whine I spoke to and what her name was. Whileasking that I could hear them all say oh she wasn?t rude and this and that. Well, my mother in-law was with me and she canattest she was in fact rude. I paid for my food and I was told very rudely, again to have a BLESSED DAY! Now, I?m not from thesouth, but I?m not stupid and I know that?s a huge insult especially when giving it in a RUDE WAY!!!!! I will NEVER order fromthis location again! I understand we all have bad days, but to be so rude, still call me ma?am when I told you I wasn?t one, andto tell me to basically F off is uncalled for! I really hope something is done about this!
