I think it is time I no longer buy from a drive through. I mean this is sad... I drive 72 miles one way back and forth between... Houma and New Orleans for a really solid job and the last thing I want is a drive through lady getting upset at me forexplaining what "plain" means on a cheeseburger. Listen, if you give off a very hostile vibe, no not a sassy one I mean amalicious one, I'm going to assume you are purposefully spitting in my food, rubbing the patty on the floor because thisindustry does in fact see that a lot more often than you know. The people here are very nice. But. Y'ALL DON'T LISTEN! each time we go over there the order is always wrong. Either something... is missing or something is not right. I don't want to get charged my money if what I order is not there or the way I need it tobe. Nothing else is wrong. Just need better listening skills and don't get mad if somebody's gotta tell you the order is wrong.We understand you arr working hard. Just be mindful of your people. Read more
Line moved fast and my order was correct. Employees were friendly and focused on serving me. My Big Breakfast Platter with... Pancakes and a large Frappuccino came right under $10 which maybe steep for some breakfast eaters but its on target for whatmost fast food meals cost under our present administration. Parking lot was clean and the restaurant front was kept up. Read more
i never really get good service from this McDonalds because they mess up my order usually, but this time was really nice and... welcoming. it was my first time inside of the restaurant since i had a parade to march and the staff were very friendly,especially this one man who fixed my sweet tea. it was really nice to see somebody with a friendly demeanor and warm smile. They take way too long to even take one drive thru order, and yet they have two windows, they don't get the order right and... heaven forbid if you should complain about it, cause that makes it worse Read more
