Edit- I still love the service here, and every employee is such a joy to be around. I just feel like the girl with the glasses... (I wish I knew her name!) needs to be recognized for her exceptional service. My husband and I love her and she always brightensour day so much!! One day I was having such an awful day and had been crying due to stress and she just made my day so muchbetter. So thank you for that ?? I really love the employees here and the service. My husband and I are ?regulars? and alwaysorder the same thing, 2 frozen coffees with whipped cream. They are correctly made every time and it?s always a pleasure talkingthe the employees. Me and my fiance come here every morning. The coffee is good. Our only complaint is that every single time we order there the... order takers are always saying "anything else?" After every single thing we order. Making us feel rushed. They don't even ask uswhat we want in our drinks or how much we want or what type of milk etc. Please train them to be more patient. the kids who work here are kinda stupid. they're practically my age but they have like no brain. you know why? well, they're... very ignorant and can't listen. I asked for an egg and cheese croissant and they put sausage on it when I did not ask forsausage. I took the sausage off, no problem, but they kind of need to work harder. im getting a teenage job soon and i am notgoing to be like them. fellow teens/pre-teens, try your hardest not to be like them! Mid-afternoon service is great but early morning or an hour before close its terribly slow. My coffee is usually always great... but maybe 1/10 times my bagel has been made right. Read more
Very frustrated that every trip I make here, something about my order is messed up OR it takes a half hour to get through a... fairly short line. Today, I asked for an americano with toasted almond flavor. What did I get? A plain black coffee. Even justsays coffee on the sticker. I get mistakes once in a while, but the fact that these mistakes are consistent is frustrating.Unfortunately there?s only one dunkin in Gray, so I?ll continue coming, but I will hold up the line every time to make sure thatmy orders are correct since it?s 50/50 apparently. ??- Update after a couple of months: Still messing up our orders about halfthe time. The picture is ?avocado toast with bacon? we ordered today. No other dunkin makes it in such a lazy manner, and thiswasn?t just a one time thing. This is how they consistently make it. Read more

Ordered a Hazlenut swirl iced coffee, they gave me a hazlenut shot instead, when I asked and said it was supposed to be a swirl,... the fella at the windo said they had no swirl and it was shot only. Wish they would of said that when I ordered the iced swirl.He Didnt offer a different coffee or refund. Disappointed in customer service. Read more
