If you want a supreme chicken taco this is what you get on all 3. The last few time they have been like this.
I know I waited 30 minutes for our food in line and at the window combine. It doesn't matter to me what the store look like... inside because our food was still great they were getting orders correct as busy as they were and the people operating thatnight deserve credit. Is everybody that pulled in there and knew it was going to be away at 1:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. when thefair closed. OH GOODNESS!! This place was CLEAAAAAN. What a grand ole Taco Bell stop this was! Food was top notch. Staff was incredibly nice.... Would recommend this one to anyone passing thru! This is possibly the best Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Everything is spotless. They served breakfast, had their lobby open, got... all of the orders right, and even complimented us. I heard that the pop machine is broken, but it?s probably not even theirfault. Read more
This was the WORST Taco Bell I have EVER been to! The food was all cold, not wrapped well with food falling out all over the... packaging, crushed and smashed food, nothing heated and crunchy food was soggy, Refried beans were replaced with black beansthat had no taste! Absolutely awful the new people who now work at the restaurant don?t know what they are doing period. We got soggy tacos and... every single one was smashed? and the the shells tasted funky like chemicals I don?t know how else to explain it. Everything wasthrown into the bag with little care. I thought about calling and speaking to a manger but what good will it really do? I won?tbe going back till new people come in that actually care about there job and do it right. Read more
He had drive around TWICE and still, both times were incorrect. He came home and not only was half order missing, but half of... what we were given wasn?t even in our order. The things we were given was just thrown together in the most poor way possible.Some even missing key/main ingredients. The best part of this was they ?forgot? to put some of the food in their wrapping.Legit pulled tacos out straight from the bag. Of course we called, and we went back after they offered to refund our order.Which they did and was very apologetic. We get things happen, and I?m thankful they rectified the situation. But this washonestly just pure laziness and insane they gave us the food like that. Read more
