I was ordering, and ran into a small issue with a coupon. This was followed by the manager cussing me out over a simple dispute.... Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never bring my kids here again! The manor in which I was treated is unacceptablefor a food chain as large as wendys. I hope to warn other people, for you will not get your moneys worth here!. Had to wait a long long time due to someone coming through the drive thru with a massive order. The manager informed everyone of... the situation. Some people behind us left, but we waited it out and were quite pleased. The store is very clean, and there is agas ? station next door ( but not attached). Food was fresh and delicious. People who work there are very friendly and theywork well as a team. Douglas the manager keeps a good attitude and treats the employees well. Bailee the cashier kept a sweetsmile the entire time and was kind to the kids in front of us in line. Samantha filled orders with efficiency! I recommend the???? sandwich, the chilli, the Big Bacon Classic, and of course the ????.
