I don't know if the lobby was open. I actually thought the whole place might be closed since there were no cars. However,... drive-thru was very quick and food was good. If you can get Burger King food quickly, it can be quite good! Read more

Honestly, I don't know what is going on with this place. In the drive-through, at breakfast, vehicles were approaching the... speaker at a rate of one car every 10 minutes. There were three vehicles ahead of me. The SUV directly ahead of me finallypulled up to the speaker, and suddenly the menu changed to lunch (it was 10:30 am). There was some back-and-forth between thetwo, and I heard the girl on the speaker say that if he wanted lunch, he would have to wait longer because they were stillcooking breakfast (despite the menu flipping over) and they had stopped cooking the breakfast item that he wanted. There was abit more back-and-forth, then the guy yelled at the speaker and drove off. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle, so I pulledaway too. I went farther down the highway and found a different place. Seriously, if you want something to eat, just avoidGrayling altogether because the Burger King isn't the only restaurant that doesn't have its act together in that town. Read more
They only handle one car at a time in the drive though. Won?t take another order until the first one is gone from the window.... Make the service really slow. Horrible decisions by management. I?m sure it makes them look better and fast to corporate though. Read more
Slowest location I?ve ever been to. First I waited 5+ minutes in drive thru and the line never moved so I decided to go inside.... There was only one person ahead of me but after 5 minutes the couple who was in line behind me walked out after the line hadn?tmoved, so after a couple more minutes, and they were done taking her order but no one was taking mine so I walked out too. TacoBell and Wendy?s are very close, don?t waste your time here. From the looks of other comments, apparently this place has anawful manager, which explains everything. Maybe she tells them to only take one order at a time and then finish that orderbefore taking the next or something. If you?re pro labor, it looks like she treats employees pretty poorly also.
