I realize I was there when it was busy, but that doesn't excuse rudeness.... I always order 4 Blizzards to take home to my... family, always ask for lids when ordering (learned my lesson another time that asking for a lid must be a trigger ???????). Thegirl called out the first 2 blizzards, no lids, so I asked for lids. Don't know why that would upset anyone, and why the girlhad to slam the lids on, making a mess. But I guess lids must trigger the need to respond with anger. Asking for adrink carrier also gets a heavy sigh too. Once again, I know it was busy. Service was quick, and as usual, the blizzards weretasty. Customer service should have been better. Read more
Not a bad spot at all for being an on the go place. And the employees were super nice and respectful. I would go back if I was... ever to come back to Grayling but it's my last time ever. Read more

This place is literally run by children and I love it. So funny that a 12 year old kid makes your ice cream and an 11 year old... rings up your card. No adults anywhere! Could make a movie or a very successful tv show about this place. Would recommend justfor the vibes! Read more

Ice cream was great, but the person that took our order was a little short with us, she could have been having a bad day, u... never know, it wasnt that busy at the time we were there, so not sure what her issue was other than us being a mixed couple. Read more
