Worst ever, was never greated, waited 5 mins while 2 females wiped trays and lined them as we stood, finally we came straight up... to the counter and they continued to clean trays and complain about who's going to do what. Never once greater us, never saidthey needed a moment to clean up,since they were both cleaning the trays on the front counter right next to their registers.Then to not take our order as we stood right in front of them. Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to in my life. The lady at the counter wasn?t doing anything except talking to other workers. We... waited 20 minutes to even get our order taken or be acknowledged. I ordered a chicken blt and only have a quarter of a piece of bacon, no lettuce at all. And there service is horrible the fries... I received were hours old and the whole time the the worker handling my food didn't wear gloves. Horrible service and horriblefood!! Would not recommend. Not even busy during the mess up. Read more
Terrible service. Waited forever for cashier to figure how To upload and cash out mobile order. She started helping me before... finishing guys order ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes or more and 3 people walked out and left. She did offer me a free frostyfor the trouble, but I declined it. Read more
Sucked very very bad. Cashier had a bad attitude. We got other people's food in dining room and others got nothing after... ordering. People were upset. Only three prior orders before us and one after and nothing was right. Some people were waitingover 20 minutes on their orders and still nothing when we left. We won't be back again. Waited for the longest time until someone came to the window to tell me they're not open, due to technical problems. This was... during normal business hrs. I understand the part about having tech issues, but atleast get on the mic and say something aboutit, don't just ignore the customer. Not sorry, you lost me to McDonald's Read more
