Both times I went there recently my sandwich had to be made 3 times. The order taker could not seem to understand my order,... which was without a lot of what usually goes on the sandwich. She actually stopped to explain what is usually on it. That Iknew, I just didn't want it. The sandwich had to be made 3 times both times because of wrong instructions. I talked to themanager, who is pretty prickly. I don't recommend talking to her. A lot of waste is likely occurring from instructions that arenot included on the order. This was a first that the manager seemed mean to me. We won't be stopping there in the future. Read more
Staff is friendly. Store is clean. Subs are made consistently well. The guys at this location are awesome.
My obese autistic brother loves it's here. He would eat here everyday if he could and was ordering delivery constantly. He's not... socially smart though and doesn't understand services very well, but we've been trying to train him to be better. He iswheelchair bound for a majority of the day and can only stand for a little bit at a time. Even though the location is onlyacross the busy street, the lady that delivered told him he needed to start walking across to pick up instead. This was veryupsetting and after she left he broke down in tears and started talking suicidaly and we had to get him admitted. Please trainyour staff to be more accepting of people with mental health issues. I know this is a busy location and times are hard for allof us... But it's really important we all come together with love and kindness, not bitterness and hurt. Read more

Unfortunately I have to update this because I have the SAME ISSUE everytime I order from here. Every order comes with stale,... rock hard bread.. Every. Single. Time. Since it would be impossible to NOT notice while making the sandwich, that means it'sbeing done intentionally. This shop sends customers sandwiches made on stale left-out bread to cut costs and hopes people willjust accept it. Who knows what other poor food handling practices are going on here just so some boomer can make a buck. Read more
Never disappointed with this location. From what they told me, they are incredibly understaffed from all of the kids returning... to school, so they are working extra hard. The staff is always incredibly friendly, When I do order deliveries, they are alwayson time, and the sandwiches are always delicious? #14 especially >:-O Thank you Grayslake Jimmy John?s for never letting medown. 5 stars.
