Wow! Today, around 4:30, I went to the drive thru. My order was taken quickly and accurately. I paid, went to the next window... and realized I forgot to order a drink. The crew member was friendly when I told him and went to another register to take mymoney and get me what I forgot. I had to pull up to wait for my food and the crew member who brought it to me was friendly andwe laughed that he accidentally called me sir...but I'm a ma'am, as he realized when he saw me lol. I just want to say thankyou. It was a rough day and seeing all those smiles from every person I interacted with just made my day, and I couldn't helpbut laugh and smile myself. There are so many angry and rude drive thru people these and it's unfortunately expected, but todayI got excellent service and fresh food. I was given the wrong order at first but I wasn't really bothered by it. They were extremely busy and I was watching them while... waiting for my order and they were doing an excellent job. They were doing all they could to keep up and it didn't take a longtime to get out either. The manager that worked today was on a ROLL and he is such a hard worker as well as his team. Good Lord! Truth be told that was probably one of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant! The inside was closed I'm... assuming because nobody wants to show up for work because it's a madhouse! As long as we were waiting in line you would figurethat the food would be fresh however that is not the case, I think they drop it in bulk and then it must just sit there becausethe fries were old and nasty and the two 10 piece Nuggets were old and nasty! AVOID: With 50/50 odds on whether your order will be correct, and 10-15 min wait times either drive thru or inside, go to... another location if you need your McD fix. I get that nobody wants to work these days, but staffing is always 2-3 people and itcan take longer going inside to order than the drive-thru because there?s no ability to multitask and bang out a coffee orderwhile waiting on that Big Mac to be made.
