absolutely have no idea what the bad reviews are all about! my first time getting subway and i was greeted with such a nice... lady! she taught me step by step what to do and everything. she was so patient despite me staring at the topping not knowingwhat to pick. my first ever subway experience was hands down amazing. i cant tell you enough how kind these people are! theyeven told me that you could get a few free things from the receipts, in my entire life NOT A SINGLE FAST FOOD CHAIN HAS EVERMENTIONS IT! i would absolutely go back here again! Please please don?t ever go there the old lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. She cheats people on the meats and her... bread is Always hard. The place smells and customer service is disgusting. She never takes the coupons like the otherprofessional subways do. She just wants your money and to treat you and your family and friends badly . Also after I refused mysandwich because of not putting enough meat on it she then put the food back in the bins after she touched it that was so grossnow someone else will get that , so you can see why people will not return. This subway is very unpleasant. Does not look very clean in there neither. Not sure if they wash their hands. Please don?t... bother coming to this subway unless you want poor customer service. Customer care should be a priority here but unfortunatelyit?s not. They are very unprofessional, rude, and highly disrespectful. I expected my sandwich made with care and kindness, notwith attitude and anger and just stuff thrown on it ugly.I Paid for my food and tipped bc I have class, but threw out mysandwich bc I felt negative energy and uncleanliness unfortunately. Michelle made sandwhich twice now and both times she just plopped all the ingredients onto the sandwich like she was angry at it... or something and is just rude, as if she didn't want to make the sandwich. Now I'm stuck with eating a sandwich that was madewith anger, total vibe kill. Read more

Placed an online order for pickup and when I got it home I found two hairs pressed into the sliced middle of the sub and there... was no bacon. It was either drive back to Subway, or convince myself I'd already found the only hairs in the sandwich and eat itanyway. Guy behind the counter when I picked it up seemed clean enough, so I chose to eat it. It was exactly as good as you'dexpect from Subway: decent, nothing mind blowing, tasted exactly like a sandwich. Obviously I could have done without the hairsand I would have liked to get the bacon I paid the extra buck for, but if you're looking for a Subway this is definitely one. Read more
?Service with a smile? is not practiced here. Even though I was the only customer, they gave me no greeting or acknowledgement... as I waited at the counter. I had to ask if they were ready to make my sandwich. They only had white and wheat bread. When Icompleted my order and paid, they didn?t say thank you - they just turned away. They also don?t accept any coupons. Theycomplained that they can?t afford it because they would lose money by accepting coupons. They don?t appear to appreciate theircustomers, and they don?t know how to provide a good customer experience. There are many alternative places to grab a sandwich. Read more
