Ordered 16 boneless wings and got 12. Asked for 4 ranch sauces and got 0. How hard is it to count to 16 and place 4 sauces in... the box??? I usually don?t complain, but seriously?. They should go ahead and shut this location down. The pizza?s we received had little to no sauce or cheese on them along with... them tasting extremely dry. One of the pizzas I ordered was suppose to be just pineapple and chicken but some how we had a fewblack olives and green peppers added. I spoke with an employee and she seemed to have a rude frustrated tone with me. Pleasesave yourself the disappointment and go to Papa Johns down the street or go to the other location in Loganville which I neverhave had a problem with. Read more
I tried to order delivery pizza from this place, which is 3.5 miles away from my house, and they couldn't find my address in... their computer system. The kid who took my call - who was honestly very nice and doing the best he could - even admitted thathe knew my neighborhood because he had delivered there before, but he simply couldn't find my address so he couldn't process myorder. I told him to line up the order with a different address in my neighborhood and I would meet the delivery driver in themiddle of the street! And I couldn't place my order online because I was trying to use a slice the price coupon which isn'thonored online. This is just completely unacceptable. The simple fix to this issue is for Domino's to accept slice the pricecoupons online. And I guess to update their mapquest app. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service! My daughter placed an order and I called to verify the purchase. The "manager" was... inconsiderate and rude. She refused to leave her name which is is not a good practice of customer service. When I asked her fora corporate number she told me to call the number I called and not to press any number and it should ring to corporate. Well, itkept ringing directly to the store. I am extremely disappointed that these are the types of people we have in leadershippositions, and making food for our families. I told her I wanted to create another order after canceling the one my daughtercompleted complete it, but she refused to stating that the store was busy. Albeit, I understand that it might be easier to dothe order online, the way it was communicated was definitely not an act of kindness nor appropriate customer service. I don'tcare how busy your establishment is, you should take time to acknowledge you will be with them in a moment or even let them knowthat it might take some time to get back to the order because the store is busy, or suggest that they make the order online. This is the first time that I get a cold and dried Pizza, when I called the lady that took care of me. Never mention that there... were short to one driver, it was after an hour when I called back and the recording message said these they only do carry out,that was not mention the first time that I called, to place my order, I wish that the lady would let me know that the pizza willbe delay two hours. They had my pizza sitting there. So I went and pick it up, I wish they would make a fresh pizza, since theynever mention their situation with the driver, I would understand, not instead they lie. ???? I normally do not write reviews, but I had too. I do not have the pictures of the pizza but it looked just as bad. The wings... were cold and as you see just don?t look appetizing at all and the taste was just as dissatisfying. The pizza was dry withhardly any cheese or sauce; they obviously did not care much about this order. As a new store in the Grayson area, not a goodfirst impression at all! I just really couldn?t believe they delivered this mess to my house. I already wrote the store in Snellville off and was excited... about this new store closer to my house but this is what I got on my first order from them. These pizzas look sick! Never again! Read more
Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza, we eat about two bites out of the pizza & realized they forgot to put Buffalo sauce on it, no... big deal. I go in & politely inform the employee that my order is wrong & show her. She agrees with me that there is no buffalosauce on the pizza & that she?ll fix it. She drenched our pizza in Buffalo sauce to the point where it?s wet and inedible. $35wasted. Go to any other dominos. Read more
