Went to Friends Grayson Grill for the first time. We had an amazing waitress by the name of Jennifer. She was friendly and very... patient with us deciding what to eat. Jennifer was very informative about the menu and overall provided great conversation. Shewas so bubbly and smiling the whole time and made us feel very welcome. To be honest I wasn?t even hungry but we were out withfriends and because of Jennifer?s amazing personality I went ahead and ordered a meal to go to be supportive. The fried options was lacking in flavor but the salad was amazing
Ive always went to the Bethlehem location and the food was always amazing. Grayson is lacking on food quality and the sides.... They kinda care more about the regulars at the bar. They don't have smoked wings and there regular wings were dry just need alotof ranch. Dont get the mac and cheese as a side. Mostly noodles no cheese. If you want to try friends go to the Bethlehemlocation, better food and service. Read more
Came with an hour left (9pm) of service. Hospitality at an all-time high! The BAD: They were friendly, but forgot to bring out... my daughters' kids meals. When I reminded them, they apologized. The GOOD: The waitress told us the meals would be taken off thecheck. The manager came out to personally tell us the same, then asked the kids if they wanted free dessert (brownies/icecream). Today was a breath of fresh air from the lackluster food experiences we have had since the overreaching government shutdown of... small businesses. It?s like an old friend coming back to town. This place was sideways for a while and it?s been a while sincewe went back because of it. The new GM has his team running effectively and the food coming out promptly. Friends is a nice, local spot for lunch. It was my first time at this location and we were promptly greeted amd seated by the... hostess. All staffers were friendly and made sure to check in on us throughout our experience. The food tasted great and theatmosphere was typical of a sports bar with televisions strategically placed around the restaurant. I will go back to try moreoptions on the extensive menu. Read more
Today we went out for a quick get together with friends. Little did we know we would get a new friend. Ms Jennifer was truly... welcoming she treated us like family. This was our first time visiting the restaurant and we felt at home. She took the time togo over the menu and cracked jokes with us and truly made our night! It was great to have a meal with friends and be able tolaugh so much because Jennifer kept the jokes going! We would definitely come back again and when we do we will definitely lookfor Jennifer!
