Ate here three times, food is always hot. Drive thru can get a bit crazy around lunch time
This Burger King opened 2 weeks ago. We have gotten food twice at the drive thru. The sandwiches. Were very sloppy made and... dripping with mayo. The chicken fries were very good. The fries half cooked. I think due to it being so busy. Definitely notworth the price. Read more
We ate in because drive thru was a mess! Went in and ordered. The gal at the register was nice but didn't give me a... receipt. We sat down and waited and waited and waited! Two people after us ordered and received their food. We were stillwaiting for ours. I approached the counter and said excuse me but I think you have forgotten us. The woman didn't turn toacknowledge me but the man did. He asked me what order we had and I said I don't know because we weren't given a receipt. Thenthe woman finally turns and just said ok. Two more people come and go with their food. Finally get our food. She doesn't callmy name or say ma'am.... Instead she says here. So I head up. Check the sandwiches. Mine is wrong. So I let her know she rollsher eyes the takes the sandwich. My husband ate is entire meal and lobby is nearly emptied before I get my sandwich and againshe anounced "HERE" so I get up and get the sandwich. No apologies or pleasantries!!!! A simple "I am sorry, let me make thisright" would have saved the transaction. Read more
