I honestly never thought I would leave a review of a McDonald?s but here I am, because this was honest to goodness the best... McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. The employees were all kind, the food was hot and freshly made, not overcooked, and the order wasmade fast. It was clean, both in the dining room, and the restroom. And they were speedy with all of the drive through orders aswell! I was completely impressed! Thanks for a great experience! Read more
Has been my favorite restaurant since moving here. Rarely an issue and drive thru is pretty fast pace, staff is always so nice... and friendly. My foods always fresh and service is way better than the other surrounding restaurants. Read more
Set in the curb side pickup for 17 min. Watched the truck that arrived after us get his food, and have his corrected while just... waiting on a McFlurry. Went in to check and watched the manager have a casual conversation for 5 min. Her response was shortstaff, I feel like poor management would be a much more appropriate term. Do better please, we are all short staffed and overworked. Read more
First, they handed us the wrong order through the window. Then when we went to go get it corrected they brought us out a... completely different wrong order and then we had to go inside to get it corrected the final time. We were not offered anythingfor sitting here for 20 minutes while waiting on them to fix their mistakes. Also, they took the mistake in orders back from usand handed them to the correct customers that they were for but still couldn't find our order. Read more
Lines are slower everywhere but not to bad usually here. All staff are extremely friendly & greet you as a person just not... someone handing them cash. They've been trained well in customer service! Read more
By far, the best McDonald?s I?ve visited. Clean, orderly, very professional and friendly staff. I don?t know what management... is doing, but they are doing something right. The service was poor. I ordered 2 medium coffees to refill my thermos for the road. The female cashier barely never spoke one... word, offered me no smile whatsoever, and had no personality. She gave me the 2 cups of black coffee without asking if I wantedany cream or sugar, nothing. She only asked me for $3.90, which by the way was the highest that I?ve paid at any McDonald?s yetfor 2 medium coffees. I have been on the road for a week and have had my thermos refilled by other McDonald?s out west for aslittle as $1.28 including sales tax. It seems the worse the service they give us, the higher the price McDonald?s charges us! Read more
