Waited an extra 15 minutes because the pizza "wasn't done". It was cold and burnt. Wrong crust and 2 1/2 cheese sticks, so I... didn't even get the whole order. They can't do anything right at this location. Read more

Beware!!! I stopped in and ordered the item's on the receipt in the picture included totalling $22.78, when the waiter brought... my food and drink the drink was in a cup full of ice instead of the bottle as charged. I asked him before I left to make sure hecharged me correctly for the drink since he said it would be a bottle of Dr Pepper with no refills. When he gave me a cup fullof ice with Dr Pepper in it, his reply was that the whole 20 oz would not fit in the cup so I asked since im paying for a wholebottle where the rest of it was cause I wanted the rest of what I was paying for, he replied it's in the back in the cooler, hebrought it to me! The bottle was half full! Long story short they are charging you full price for bottled drinks and only givingyou half of it in a cup full of ice and telling you it's no refills then selling the other half of your drink at full price toanother customer with no refill so they are making $3.78 on 1 bottle of soda! We stayed at the hotel next door and ordered by phone. They told me my order would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes. So I... stopped at the dollar store across the street on my way. Walked in to pizza hut because I had no idea there was a drive upwindow (no signage) right at the 15 minute from order placed time. Stood by wait to be seated sign because again it wasn't clearwhere to go to pick up. At the inside window I paid and the lady did use a coupon on my behalf that helped out the bill. She hadto practically tackle one of the 3-4 guys in the back to get status of my order. One of them said it'll be out in 4 minutes.Well 10 minutes later I asked about it and was told it had only just got put in the oven and would be ready in about 10 moreminutes. It was a Friday night but they were not short staffed or swamped with people. Grrr is all I can say. Frustrating andirritating. Read more
