Sat and waiting in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes, only for them to not give me half of my order, sauces, and my drinks... were watered down. The burritos I did receive were nothing but refried beans. My price had also changed from the time I orderedto when I received my food. Call and complained and the man who answered the phone stated, ? they have them here they justdidn?t give them out, you can come back through the drive thru and get them.? When there was 3 people standing in the windowwhen we went through. I?m very disappointed with the service we received tonight. For future Taco Bell purchases I?ll bedriving to Ashland or Morehead. Shyann the beautiful young girl at the window is so sweet. Truly made just my drive through experience so amazing, and she was... so helpful and patient with me because my order on the mobile app was messing up. I?m amazed that there are still food serviceworkers like her in the world who are so patient and kind with the customers, any restaurant or workplace would be lucky andvery fortunate to have her on their staff.
