I went in at 630 am and asked how fresh the sausage was, I used to do breakfast grill for a wendys, they told me it wasn't that... old. Well they lied, going by what I know at least 45 minutes to an hour old. Then I asked for 3 seasoned potatoes to go on mysandwich. 3. They refused and charged me for a whole order and then gave me 3. What happened to going above and beyond tosatisfy your customer. I know for a fact they throw away more than 3 seasoned potatoes at the end of breakfast. Read more
I was in line waiting to order , until I saw the person cooking. Honestly, the person looked like they had not bathed in months.... I turned around and walked out. If you are going to hire people for fast food make sure they are at least clean. Read more
When I walked in there was 1 person ahead of me. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger mayo only and a bourbon bacon meal. The manager... had to bring the girl change 3 times. There was no tea in the pitchers. I asked them to get it behind the counter when she gaveme the cup it looked VERY weak. I then waited 20min whatching the employees banter with one another and when I received my foodthere was only 1 sandwich in the bag. Another manager then proceeded to tell me she didn't kno if I ordered a reg size or Jrburger. At this point I was beyond frustrated. The manager then tried to argue with me about the way I ordered. She then threw aJr burger in my bag. I had to ask for napkins and told them to keep the watered down tea. I thought this place had decent foodat a good price but the attitude on display and towards me was unexceptionable. Train your cashier's better and make sure yourmanagers are up to their job. The counter staff was nice and frieny. Spicy chicken and fries where cold, so was my roommates JCB was greesy and cold. The new... strawberry shakes were great. I eat at alot of Wendy's as I travel and this was not in my top 50 for sure. Read more
I ordered a small single hamburger and ended up with a double cheeseburger regular size. It was lukewarm to cool. Not good. I... don't normally drink Coke but ordered a vanilla Coke. Yuck. Won't do that again. Read more
I bought 4 panko fish sandwichs ???? and wanted 3 of them with everything on them and 1 with only cheese ???? on a bun but when... i received the special order sandwich ???? i didnt even get a bun then they asked me if i wanted a bun on second trip throughthe drive thru i said that would be nice how else was i supposed.to eat the sandwich ???? the manager was really nice andhelpful she got the problem resolved Read more
This place was awesome. I ordered the chicken asiago club and it was delicious. The cashier recommended their chocolate cookie... ice cream. It is ice cream with a cookie crunched up and placed on top, then they drizzle chocolate syrup over it. It was sogood. I didn't even know they had this menu item. I am now a big fan. Read more
They always have the best breakfast. It's always fresh and they don't waste any time. I have only had to pull forward and wait... two times in the past 6 months. They are on top of everything. One of the best wendys I've been to. Read more
