Nasty, salad was black! Hamburger was raw and full of grease. Appetizers were cold. Service was beyond slow. Only ones in... restaurant and took 30 minutes for our drinks. Ordered food and waited and then it all shows up at once. Read more

Didn't bring salad out before meal. Only asked one of us if we wanted a salad. Said she couldn't carry 2 salads and a plate all... at once lol what are trays used for??? Maybe could use some training. Couldn't even bring right dressing out with salad. Didn'ttry to up sale or even ask if we would be interested in trying an appetizer before our meal. The waitress was great, but the ?Manager? was awful. Our order was made incorrectly, so we brought it to their attention by... addressing it with the waitress. We did not have time to wait for it to be remade (two small kiddos with us!), so we asked forit to be taken off of our ticket. Instead of agreeing, the manager took it upon herself to come out and tell us that we werewrong and made a scene in front of multiple tables. This is not the first negative experience I have had here, but I thought Iwould give it another try. Do not waste your time - go somewhere else. Read more
Customer service was extremely poor. We waited for over 6 minutes and had 4 staff walk bye. We even had our menus placed on the... corner of the out table to show that we were ready to order. Not one asked us for our drink orders. So we left and I called theManager and explained to her what happened. She apologized and said that earlier in the day when she wasn?t there that they hadother Customers walk out as well. The only reason why I?m giving a rating of two stars is for the Manger. This place has gonedone so much in the last five years. We won?t be back again for a long time. I would like to add that the restaurant four tableswith customers and 6 people in the bar area. Waitress we had was wonderful but she had to always apologize for the other help that was helping her because they did things... wrong. Two chicken Alfredo's the chicken was dry. I had the Asian chicken salad it was okay but needed more salad dressing wehad quite a bit of food left over we asked for a to go box so a young man brought us a little tiny box for our plate which didnot fit the food. waitress again had to correct him I think they need some more training there as not to work the people thatknow how to work so hard. get people trained in there to help them or you're going to lose your good help. I don't remember ourlady's name she had long blonde hair but she was very good very polite very courteous and tried to make our eating experiencegood. might be a while before we go back to Applebee's Read more
I have eaten here many times, however, I have had many issues with the store closing early. Today, 11/12/2022, I had gone to... applebees at about 10:15 PM to get half price apps as the store doesn't close until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. When Igot to the restaurant I saw a sign stating they were closing at 10. I called and a manager answered, I think her name was Patty,she said she was a traveling manager. I asked why they were closing at 10 and she stated, very rudely, "because I am a travelingmanager, I opened the store and there is not another manager to close, so I am closing early." I understand she has had a longday, but the attitude wasn't appreciated. Because of this, they are getting 1 star. Read more
