The manager is very friendly and kind I really enjoyed my dining experience Burger King Great bend!
There was no one at this location inside or in the driveway. We waited 15 mins for someone to take our drive through order, then... we waited another 15 mins for our food. Gentleman at the window stated that ?they were swamped? when no one was inside thebuilding. By time we got our food everything was cold, plus we didn?t get what we ordered. truly sad.. Read more
The crew was awesome this evening! They were super busy, but short handed, however the guy running the window was very friendly... despite being so busy with minimal staff (the norm everywhere nowadays). I tried to leave a survey, but was unable to read mysurvey code due to the receipt not being readable. The two running the place tonight deserve recognition, as it seems like not alot of people want to show up and work these days, but the employees this evening had no issue handling it! Read more
Should have checked the sack before leaving. Ordered onion rings...but got fries. Also, because the drive thru menu screen... wasn't lit, I didn't see that the cost of a large original chicken sandwich meal was over $11. Definitely won't be coming back. Read more
I don't recommend going here. My chicken fries were burnt but cold. Another time I had ordered a icee drink when they had it on... their menu for a 1$ I got to the window and the worker told me it wasn't 1$. Then preceeded to argue with me about it being onthe menu for 1$. Their card machine never wants to read my card. The few times I've gone there the food always has somethingwrong with it. I would rather eat at McDonald's than here. Read more
Chicken sandwich was awful. Dry and overcooked or recooked. Shared the Whopper instead of eating that. The restroom was nasty.
The night cook does amazing work! I love their food now and I never did before
